After inquiring about our process and/or properties. Truesdale Properties will get a Qualifying Questionnaire from the prospect.

If you qualify, we will schedule a showing of the home (with our realtor or give access to home via onsite lockbox). If you wish to proceed, we will prep and send our Lease and Purchase Option agreements to you for your digital signature.

Once docs are signed and Purchase Option (down payment) is paid, you are ready to take possession and move in.

Management- different than typical renter/landlord relationship. Our leasees have a purchase option (i.e.- intention of purchasing the home) and are responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the property. Therefore, ongoing management on our part is minimal.
